FCA Baptizes Athletes

FCAFCAFCABroward FCA held its Fall baptisms on November 4th for its southwest area student-athletes and coaches from Cooper City High and Miramar High schools.

FCA’s Mission

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) has a mission to lead EVERY coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. One of its primary goals is to connect student-athletes and coaches to local churches. “In the absence of a church home,” Desmond Cook, FCA Multi Area Director – South Atlantic region, said, “we still encourage our students and coaches to take the next step of obedience in their faith walk – the public demonstration of the internal work of the Lord – baptism. We’re so grateful for our church partners and for students and coaches with the spirit of the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8:36! We look forward to our winter/spring sports baptisms next month.”
