The 14th Annual Hispanic Women of Distinction charity luncheon and expo hosted its annual celebration of Latinas from Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties for a sold-out audience of nearly 900 people at the Signature Grand in Davie on August 14. The key theme of the luncheon was Community, Culture, Charity and leading by example.

Presented by Bank of America in partnership with Latina Style Magazine, the tribute to 12 Hispanic Women of Distinction and a Latina Pioneer was the highlight of the afternoon amidst standing ovations, heart-rendering stories of courage and how each of them overcame barriers making their journey to better their lives and their communities.
