Holy Cross Health will be administering FREE immunizations to children entering grades K through 12 at several upcoming community events throughout Broward County.
- Saturday, August 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.at the YMCA Back to School Event, located at the L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center, 1409 NW 6th (Sistrunk Blvd.) in Fort Lauderdale
- Sunday, August 4 from 1 to 3 p.m.at the10th Annual Back to School Blast, located at Franklin Park, 2501 Franklin Drive in Fort Lauderdale
- Saturday, August 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the 20th Annual Community Back to School Family Fun Day, located at Apollo Park, 1580 NW 3rd in Pompano Beach
The complimentary vaccinations are available for children who are uninsured or who have Medicaid or Florida Kidcare. A current immunization record and the presence of a parent or legal guardian are required at this time of immunization. The parent or legal garden must have a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and proof of address (lease, utility bill, etc.).
Walk-ins welcome. No appointments are necessary.
