RUF Reaches College Students at FAU

RUF (Reformed University Fellowship) recently kicked off  its third year of ministry on the Florida Atlantic University campus in Boca Raton. A ministry of the PCA denomination, RUF’s mission is to reach students for Christ and to equip them to serve the church. According to Campus Minster, Rev. Jeff Lee, who is also an FAU alumnus, College is a pivotal moment in a student’s life where questions of identity, purpose, meaning, and hope are constantly being discussed and explored.  For those reasons, RUF is committed to sending seminary trained, ordained pastors to campuses around the country in order to bring God’s Word to bear on students’ lives. With 85% of FAU students coming from Broward and Palm Beach County, this campus is a strategic outpost for reaching the next generation of South Florida with the Gospel.

Students in RUF have several opportunities to be engaged with the ministry; from a mid-week large group service, to small group Bible studies, conferences, service opportunities, and one-to-one meetings, RUF seeks to be actively engaged in student’s lives.  To learn more about RUF, visit www.rufowls.com.
