Trinity International University-Florida entered a team to compete in the Goliath Gauntlet obstacle race, sponsored by Sheridan House Family Ministries on October 30.

The Goliath Gauntlet rolled out new obstacles on the 2.75 mile course located on the Sheridan House Davie campus.

The 20+ obstacle course race has participants crawling through the mud, trekking through the lake, and pushing their limits. Some of the obstacles to be tackled include the collateral damage, totally tubular, the purge, the goliath, tower of babel, cave of adullam and in the spirit of obstacle racing there are a few surprises.

All of the proceeds from this event go to support the children’s homes at Sheridan House. Sheridan House is committed to offering community services, which give children and families the opportunity to reach their full, God given, potential; opportunities that might otherwise not be available due to impeding circumstances in the home.
