$12.6 Million Ft. Lauderdale Oceanfront Property Sale Sets Purchase Record, Twice

One of the few-remaining undeveloped oceanfront lots in Ft. Lauderdale has been sold for a record $12.6 million. The announcement was made by Realtor Debbie Wysocki of Florida Luxury Homes Group – Keller Williams Realty Professionals following the closing that took place March 4. Wysocki and her agency aren’t the only ones benefitting from the record-setting sale; Wysocki will donate 10 percent of her commission to local community organizations.

Wysocki first represented the buyer who purchased the lot at 2812 N. Atlantic Blvd. in December 2016 for $7.2 million, then a record sale amount in the area known as Lauderdale Beach. Two years later, the property’s value has increased by $5.4 million and she now represents that same client as the seller. The rapid rise in value stems from the shrinking number of oceanfront lots that remain undeveloped and sharp increase in property values in the area.

“It was an incredible opportunity and experience to help purchase the property and now I’m doubly-blessed with the good fortune of facilitating its sale,” said Wysocki.

Deeply committed to and involved in her community, Wysocki will donate 10 percent to several local-serving organizations including 4Kids of South Florida, Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale, Hope South Florida, Girls Scouts and Strike Force 421. Visit www.FloridaLuxuryHomesGroup.com
