“Save Your Brain” at Covenant Village of Florida

You’re never too old to improve your brain health. Learn how when brain health expert Dr. Paul Nussbaum presents “Save Your Brain” on Thursday, June 25 at 10:30 a.m. at Covenant Village of Florida, a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community.

Nussbaum is a clinical neuropsychologist and adjunct professor of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.  He is a nationally renowned expert in neuroanatomy and author of one of AARPS’s “Best Brain Fitness Books.” During the hour-long educational seminar aimed at older adults and caregivers, Dr. Nussbaum will explain how practicing a healthy lifestyle can improve brain health.  He’ll highlight the five types of activities older adults should continue practicing. Learn about basic brain functions and simple exercises you can start today to help prolong cognitive abilities.
