On February 15, South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary celebrated the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art Steven R. Sylvester Memorial Library with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and luncheon attended by the Sylvester family as well as college supporters, students, faculty, and staff. “Lord, double your blessing on this college and its new President,” was the prayer in January 2016 of Dr. Joe Guadagnino, Chancellor and Founder of South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary. God has not only doubled the size of the college’s facilities, but He has more than doubled its enrollment in the two-plus years since Dr. Joe prayed over Dr. Mary Drabik at her installation.

Dr. Drabik said, “As we reflect on all that God has already accomplished at SFBC&TS, we can begin to see the magnitude of his vision for this college and the awesome responsibility that goes with it.  I am convinced that we are entering the most exciting time we have ever experienced – a time filled with challenge and demand but also a time of great victory as we begin this new era.” The ABHE accredited college was founded in 1985 and today offers Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s Degrees, as well as an intensive EAP program for International students.
