Hope Women’s Centers hosted a spectacular 2019 Legacy Partners Dinner on April 12 at Pier-66 Hotel and Marina. The night was classic and elegant with 500 people in attendance. Abby Johnson, former Director of Planned Parenthood and nationally best-selling author of “Unplanned” was the keynote speaker. The president of the board, Judy Ryan honored former Executive Directors, including Nancy McDonald, Margy Richardson and Dottie Wobb. The baton of Executive Director was then passed to Ariana Reid. When families and veterans are facing homelessness, sometimes all they need is a little hope, someone to come alongside them and a hand up to get back on their feet. Every year for the last 68 years, Faith Farm Ministries has held the Annual Alumni Homecoming Event. On March 3, nearly 1,000 students, alumni, staff and families convened to celebrate what God has done through Faith Farm’s Regeneration Recovery program. Four Alumni shared their powerful stories with the crowd. First, Marc Murphy, the Okeechobee Campus Intake Counselor has continued after graduation and remains a valued team member 19 years later.
