Grunts

Once in a while I tend to be petty. For example, I’ve been noticing a lot of grunts around me of late. Grunts are audible noises that one voluntarily makes… usually. Pigs grunt, but that’s not the type of grunt I am talking about. I’m noticing the human grunts. My daughter grunts when I ask her how her day was… I’m not sure how to interpret that; is it good or bad? BigCardio 5K Fitness Event Benefits Teens in Foster Care

After a two-year hiatus, BiGCardio came back this year. And what fun it was! If you’re not familiar with the event, it is a fun community event that takes place annually on the first Saturday in May to raise awareness of National Foster Care month, and to benefit teens in foster care through BiG Children’s Foundation. Outreach Centers Serve a Thanksgiving-style Meal to Homeless on Good Friday

The Caring Place at Miami Rescue Mission (MRM) | Broward Outreach Centers (BOC) held street outreach events ministering to nearly 2,000 homeless and hungry on Good Friday.
