In its fourth year, the two-day conference held at the Palm Beach Convention Center on March 4 and 5, will focus on the critical issues and trends that are shaping businesses and the church today. New this year

This year’s attendees will have the opportunity to reserve a seat at one of several intimate speaker luncheons limited to only 40 people per luncheon for personal access to speakers. There will also be Networking Breakfasts from 7 to 8 a.m. each morning with members of the Palm Beach Leadership Council before the main event begins at 8:30 a.m.

In addition, a Beyond the Conference Expo has been added featuring 23 exhibitor booths and two bookstores where speakers will be available for book signings.

Reaching beyond the conference walls, the 2015 World LEADERS Conference will also be broadcast to several universities in their first live webstream. And some 200 students have been awarded scholarships to attend the conference from area colleges such as Palm Beach Atlantic, Florida Atlantic University, Nova Southeastern University and Northwood Institute.

According to Davis, the World LEADERS Conference is designed to cultivate immediate performance improvement with tactical takeaways in a case study format. Participants will learn ideas that will improve teamwork, clarity and employee and customer engagement.
