Saints of Florida Homeschool PE completes its 25th season, as Founder Coach Rick Andreassen and the awesome Saints staff present awards to over 500 homeschool students throughout the state of Florida. SAINTS is a fully accredited PE program for homeschool students where children pray together, play together, and lift up the name of the Lord through games, sports and activities. Once in a while I tend to be petty. For example, I’ve been noticing a lot of grunts around me of late. Grunts are audible noises that one voluntarily makes… usually. Pigs grunt, but that’s not the type of grunt I am talking about. I’m noticing the human grunts. After a two-year hiatus, BiGCardio came back this year. And what fun it was! If you’re not familiar with the event, it is a fun community event that takes place annually on the first Saturday in May to raise awareness of National Foster Care month, and to benefit teens in foster care through BiG Children’s Foundation. The event includes a 5K run or walk, fitness classes, sports tournaments and lots of activities, entertainment, booths, food and a fun zone for all ages.
