On Friday, April 8, Lady Carnarvon took supporters of 4KIDS through a “behind the scenes” journey of Highclere Castle, better known as the real Downton Abbey. Outreach Centers Serve a Thanksgiving-style Meal to Homeless on Good Friday

The Caring Place at Miami Rescue Mission (MRM) | Broward Outreach Centers (BOC) held street outreach events ministering to nearly 2,000 homeless and hungry on Good Friday. For the first time in two years they are back out on the streets following the COVID restrictions. The theme, “Healing Physically and Spiritually,” offered over 200 volunteers an opportunity to show their passion and purpose in serving nearly 2,000 guests with a Thanksgiving-style meal of turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, and assorted pies. National Day of Prayer Events to Be Held on May 5th

Prayer gatherings are being rallied throughout the country to observe the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 5. The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people to pray for the nation. It was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman. While the world watched the Russian invasion of Ukraine in horror and more than 3.7 million people fled across the borders for safety, the team at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale reached out to their friends in the region to lend a hand.
