HOPE South Florida raises $170,000 to Benefit Homeless Families & Veterans

HOPE South Florida hosted its Annual HOPE for the Holidays Gala on November 30 at the newly renovated Bahia Mar on A1A in Fort Lauderdale raising $170,000. Proceeds will benefit homeless families and veterans providing meals, housing, mobile showers, employment assistance and other critical services. New Headmaster Announced at Boca Raton Christian School

Boca Raton Christian School announced the appointment of Wendy Stapleton as the new Headmaster. The School Board and the Elder Board of Boca Raton Community Church confirmed Stapleton in December. Last summer Dr. Tennies and the School Board crafted a succession plan that named Stapleton as Assistant Headmaster. Because of that foresight, she was prepared to provide leadership as Interim Headmaster when Dr. Tennies passed away suddenly in September.
