$12.6 Million Ft. Lauderdale Oceanfront Property Sale Sets Purchase Record, Twice

One of the few-remaining undeveloped oceanfront lots in Ft. Lauderdale has been sold for a record $12.6 million. The announcement was made by Realtor Debbie Wysocki of Florida Luxury Homes Group – Keller Williams Realty Professionals following the closing that took place March 4. Wysocki and her agency aren’t the only ones benefitting from the record-setting sale; Wysocki will donate 10 percent of her commission to local community organizations. About 100 enthusiasts participated in the First Annual Family Homeschool Olympics on March 16. They were attracted by the draw of intriguing family relays, husband/wife Relay races including leap frog and running relays, full family sack races and tug of wars.
