More than 175 men heard a winning message from five-time champion Billy Thompson at The Gathering of Men’s Fall Outreach Breakfast on October 25. Thompson shared personal highlights, inspirational stories and professional encouragement from his NBA career, including his seasons with the Miami Heat and back-to-back championships with the LA Lakers. Volunteers Pack Toys, Write Cards to Vulnerable Children in Jamaica

Christmas will be brighter for 450 vulnerable children in Jamaica, thanks to Food For The Poor’s generous donors and the volunteers who packed dozens of toys and school supplies on Saturday. Christmas in Jamaica FFTP hosted its second Hearts United Community Day, with nearly 20 volunteers working together in the charity’s Coconut Creek warehouse to pack these special gifts.
