The Advent Lutheran School Boys Varsity basketball Team has just recently been named the 2014-2015 Florida Lutheran Athletic Association basketball state champions. The Advent Lutheran Gators of Boca Raton capped a perfect 21-0 season with two big wins in Orlando. LifeNet4Families transformed their dining room into a 5-star restaurant on December 18. For that one special night, clients dined in style at what was called “Miracle on 33rd Terrace” thanks to a delicious gourmet meal prepared by guest Chef Sheldon Sanders, of Sanders Affairs Catering. More than 800 Brave Goliath Gauntlet

The First Goliath Gauntlet Obstacle Race drew more than 800 participants and 200 spectators on October 25 on the property of Sheridan House Family Ministries in Davie. A test of strength and endurance, the Goliath Gauntlet is a physically challenging, timed 3.5 mile race over and through difficult terrain, water and a series of 20 back-to-back obstacles.
