“Nefarious” Documents the Graphic View of Human Trafficking

Journey Church, of Boynton Beach, presented the documentary “Nefarious” on Friday, January 26, which describes the evil of human trafficking, in particular, sex trafficking. The documentary was written by Benjamin Nolot, who traveled throughout the world to discover how pervasive trafficking and slavery truly are. More than $130,000 Raised for Homeless Families & Veterans

Habitat Broward Receives $1 Million Grant on Giving Tuesday

  Habitat for Humanity of Broward is excited to announce that it was awarded a $1 million grant by the Mary N. Porter Legacy Fund of the Community Foundation of Broward on “Giving Tuesday” on November 28. The Westminster Academy High School Choir performed two shows at the Disney Candlelight Processional on Wednesday, December 6. The Candlelight Processional is a fifty-minute show at the America Gardens Theatre in Disney’s Epcot that presents the Christmas Story told through song and narrated by a celebrity guest narrator. Westminster Academy Students Package 40,600 Meals For Those In Need

  Three Broward County ministries came together on December 18 to help serve the needy in South America, Haiti, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. The middle school students of Westminster Academy partnered with Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church and Cross International in a major meal packing event. Covenant House Sleep Out Raises $226,200 for Homeless Young People
